Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to effectively support, mentor, and oversee COTAs
• Familiarity with ARD documentation and procedures
• Excellent communication and adaptability for an itinerant role
• Availability for an immediate interview and prompt start

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services across a K-12 population
• Participate and take charge in ARD meetings, providing expert input
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs as needed
• Assess, devise, and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Document services and progress according to district and regulatory standards
