A Day in the Life of a CNC Milling Specialist You will operate CNC milling machines to build flawless components. Responsibilities include setting up parts, operating and maintaining the CNC mill, inspecting components, and making adjustments to ensure everything aligns perfectly with the blueprints. Qualifications Two‑year degree in CNC operations or a related field. Preferred: At least one year of experience in mold‑making and CNC operations. To thrive in this role, you need a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to quality. You should have exceptional mechanical abilities, a knack for troubleshooting equipment issues, proficiency in readying blueprints, and strong math skills including trigonometry and geometry.
