Coordinator, Label Management & Label Services

Your role This is a unique opportunity to learn the global music business and work across different countries, cultures and languages with exciting artists and label partners. The position assists the Global Head of Artist & Market Development, providing day-to-day executive support and collaborating with Global Market Development, Label Management, Marketing & Services, and Synch. It allows you to make a meaningful impact on ADA’s business worldwide while building relationships with partners across WMG’s affiliates and licensees. What you’ll get to Day‑to‑day administrative duties supporting the SVP, Head of Global Artist and Market Development including calendar management, travel and expense reports. Proactively understand the executive’s commitments to anticipate needs, including artist & market research and coordination with other departments. Support preparation of presentations for internal and external audiences, such as newsletters, Town Halls and industry conferences. Participate in projects such as listening sessions, case studies, meetings, brainstorming, research and charting. Organize internal and external events including executive conferences, label and artist meetings (catering, rooms, video conferences, A/V). Join weekly calls to discuss plans, strategies and goals and contribute ideas to enhance results. Secure song assets and information (co‑publishers, copyright owners, composers) in coordination with label partners and ADA LMs. Collaborate across global teams and multiple departments such as Business Expansion, Label Operations, Marketing & Services and Synch. Coordinate support for special projects as needed. About you Music fan with a self‑starter attitude and initiative across ADA and its departments. Flexibility and diplomacy to adapt to business requirements across territories. Preferred qualifications 1–2 years of experience supporting a Senior‑Level Executive. Prior music industry experience. Knowledge of additional languages. Minimum of 4 days per week in office. Salary Range: $22.00 to $26.00 Hourly Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time.
