Vector Marketing is running interviews for entry level sales rep positions, with an opportunity to start within the week! Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American made Cutco products, and placing any orders. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales or results, but commissions are possible based on performance.

We sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We provide all of the training needed for success.

Position Details:
- Paid Weekly – We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance — not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base (22.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.

- Solid training – We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field.

- Flexible scheduling – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as their full time jobs, internships, vacations, classes, sports obligations, or family obligations.

- Location – Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and training are held in the office.

- Advancement - Sales reps who work here long term have an opportunity move along several different paths including management and career sales professional (even if they start part time with no experience).

Basic Requirements:
- Enjoy working with people
- All ages eighteen plus or seventeen and a 2026 high school graduate
- Conditions apply
- Able to interview within the week
- Willing to learn and apply new skills

Who would do well:
People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. Some didn’t have any traditional work experience at all, but they excelled in activities like theater, sports, or band. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
