We are seeking capable, determined, ambitious, and energetic individuals to partner with our growing team. With today's real estate market growing faster than ever, we are in need of showing agents to assist in home showings and selling opportunities.
We’re not just another real estate team — we’re a powerhouse of opportunity, and we’re overflowing with leads . The Mariel G. Weiss Real Estate Team is growing fast, and we’re looking for driven, licensed agents who are hungry to close more deals and take their business to the next level with the right support.
Whether you're an experienced agent looking for leverage and leads or newer to the business but ready to dive in full-time, this is your chance to align with a high-performance team that values your time and your talent. This is a hybrid role. You will have the opportunity to support the teams with showings, inspections, open houses, etc.

Compensation:$40 - $50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients
- Schedule and organize buyer tours
- Meet with buyers to view and tour properties
- Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes
- Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information
- Attend all office training for working with buyer clients
- Sign and Lockbox runner
- Prospect for buyer leads
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Organized and with great attention to detail
- Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs
- Self-motivated and a fast learner
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a Real Estate license
