We are offering a promotional $1,000 sign-on bonus!The expected pay range for a Custom Metal Roofing Sales Supervisor in Wailuku or Lawai, Hawaii is $25.34 - $30.43 hourly base plus commission.Custom Metal Roofing Sales Supervisor can be located in Wailuku on Maui or Lawai on Kauai. This position is for the Maui and Kauai Region and is not a remote position. HPM Building Supply in Wailuku or Lawai, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) Sales Supervisor for the Kauai and Maui Region. The CMR Sales Supervisor partners with customers, sales, manufacturing, and management to ensure top-quality custom metal roofing is produced to specifications and delivered on time. As the leader of the Custom Metal Roofing Sales team at the branch, this owner coaches, assigns work, trains, onboards, and motivates the team to optimum performance. The CMR Sales Supervisor regularly evaluates and improves team processes/practices to meet financial and operations objectives.The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
