Stamping Press Operator

2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Alliance Workforce Solutions is hiring Stamping Press Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to build your manufacturing career.

What You'll Do

As a Stamping Press Operator, you'll operate stamping equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.

Responsibilities include:

Operate stamping press machinery safely and efficiently
Load raw materials into production equipment
Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process
Package, label, weigh, and prepare finished products for shipment
Monitor equipment and report any production or mechanical issues
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Meet daily production goals
Work independently and as part of a team
Work overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

Stand for an entire shift
Frequently lift, move, and package production materials
Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Work safely around manufacturing equipment
