To support a multi-year ERP implementation, the full-time remote Master Data Manager will establish master data integrity and governance, lead the MDM team through the ERP life cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes. Key responsibilities Lead the Master Data workstream in the ERP Program to meet project milestones and goals Supervise the MDM team in all phases of the ERP implementation, including data migration and cleanup Design and implement a master data governance framework in collaboration with strategic business groups and IT Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of experience in data governance, quality, and management 8+ years of project management experience with business and IT resources 5+ years of experience as a subject-matter expert on MDM implementations, preferably in manufacturing Demonstrated experience leading Master Data for a major ERP implementation
