At Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Starke, Florida. As a CNA at our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
About the Role
As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on promoting quicker recovery and improving quality of life. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide support with medication management and vital sign checks
Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Participate in quality care initiatives and quality assurance programs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document resident care and progress

Requirements
Current CNA certification
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to off-site facilities as needed
