MedSurg RN - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position with a night shift schedule, working 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical environment. As a MedSurg RN, you will be responsible for managing patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient health while working collaboratively with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient-centered nursing care in a med-surg unit.Monitor vital signs and manage medications and treatments as per physician orders.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Assist in emergency situations and provide rapid response services as needed.Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience preferred.Active South Carolina RN license or compact license required prior to start.BLS certification is required; ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.Experience with Epic charting system is required.Comfortable with patient ratios between 1:6 to 1:7.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
