The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing client orders throughout the order-to-invoice lifecycle, including order processing, distributor and vendor coordination, ETA management, issue resolutions, and invoicing readiness. Working closely with Account Executives, distributors, vendors, and internal teams, this role ensures orders are processed accurately, expected delivery dates are maintained, client expectations are proactively managed, and completed orders are submitted for invoicing in a timely manner.
