Clinical Operations Assistant, Inpatient Nursing

Work Schedule: 100% day shift working Monday – Friday scheduled for eight hours between 6:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some weekend and holiday hours may be required to meet deadlines. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. After the training period, you could work up to 50% of the workweek remotely.

Clinical Operations Assistant

to:

Provide daily support to the inpatient nursing department, including compliance validation, supply ordering, and new employee onboarding. Review payroll to ensure accuracy and policy compliance and prepare reports for nurse manager. Coordinate inpatient clinical staff schedules, both day-to-day maintenance and on-going postings.
