Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a vital role in completing product assemblies using both hand and power tools. You will work collaboratively on a production line to meet required output, ensuring each product meets our high standards.
Responsibilities

• Complete product assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Manipulate small and large parts to ensure correct assembly.
• Interpret technical documents and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Work collaboratively on a production line to meet required output.
• Verify serial numbers and maintain traceability.
• Perform quality inspections and identify defective components.
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials when needed.
• Sort, stage, and store materials according to organizational standards.
• Package products following company protocols.
• Complete required daily paperwork and submit to management.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, including unloading and inventory checks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and defect detection skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Aptitude and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to training and learning new processes.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andersonville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
