Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What Youill Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with badge checks, directional support, and escalation of security-related concerns when needed. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing assistance during employee and visitor interactions, and communicating clearly during routine activities and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
