Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, 8:30AM-5PM, 10AM-6:30PM, 11:30AM-8PM
Pay Rate: $17.45-$19/hour

Patient Support Specialist Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies to support care access and reimbursement.
• Live document updates to patient files.
• Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.

Patient Support Specialist Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years for inbound/outbound call experience
• Previous experience in Health Care, Social Work, or Nursing preferred
