What You’ll Be Doing

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our café’s success. Your leadership will ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and every team member feels supported. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to keep the café running seamlessly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a strong background in leadership and customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team with confidence and positivity.
• Customer Focus: A passion for creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle challenges as they arise.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
