Travel Nurse RN Stepdown – Cleveland, Ohio Arm Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a stepdown unit assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. Assignment Details Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Schedule Shifts are 3 × 12‑hour rotations with rotating days and nights (7:00 am–7:30 pm or 7:00 pm–7:30 am). Shift times may vary to meet operational needs. Job Description Seeking experienced registered nurses for the stepdown unit. The role may require floating to other units to care for similar patient populations when necessary. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown environment. Monitor patient progress and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care management. Perform ECG rhythm recognition and participate in orientation competency assessments. Qualifications 18 months of combined permanent nursing experience in stepdown or a similar specialty. Active Ohio license or Compact State license. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
