The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education or ExperienceWe prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments. We would like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education.Language SkillsWe need you to be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos. We schedule for the needs of our business. Working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited. You cannot make up hours without your manager’s prior approval.Reasoning AbilityYou need the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. You will be exposed to outside weather conditions while you’re working in our warehouses. The noise level is usually moderate to loud.Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Excel and Office, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and being able to handle inventory discrepancies and employees.Proven experience in Operations as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within e-commerce or distribution center with KPI and customer service skillsStrong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.Proficiency in warehouse management systems.Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry picker/reach machine and other warehouse machinery safely.Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and operational processes.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
