Machine Loader - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Job Overview Machine Loader – Caterpillar – Sanford, NC. Shift Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm 3rd Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning 10:15 pm – 6:15 am Responsibilities Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints Basic Qualifications Experience with Overhead Hoists or Overhead Cranes Physical Requirements Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods Willing and able to perform repetitive operation Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Material handling experience Manufacturing experience Machining experience or exposure Welding experience or exposure Compensation Summary Pay Range: $20.20 - $25.25 per hour. Starting wage of $20.20/hour (+8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift). Quarterly goal sharing program.
