Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8 Hour Days) / Willing to do 4*10's as well

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements: Active Illinois Physical Therapist License Active American Heart Association BLS 1+ years of PT experience Inpatient experience

Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients regain physical function. Utilize therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and manual techniques. Develop a Plan of Care based on evaluations and set realistic patient goals. Document patient progress according to medical and facility standards. Supervise physical therapy assistants as needed and maintain effective communication among therapy and department staff.
