- Labor Beds: 11
- Obstetric Eval Beds: 4
- OB PACU: 2
- ORs: 2
- Total Staff: 79

- Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 10 Staff Nurses, 2 OB Techs
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 10 Staff Nurses, 2 OB Techs
- Patient Ratios: 1 RN/2 Patients, 1 RN/1 Patient

- Equipment & Technology:
- Fetal Monitoring: GE fetal monitoring
- EMR Systems: CPN, Meditech

- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Required Skills:
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
- Couplet Care understanding if floater
- Preferred Experience:
- Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery
- Experience as a Transition Nurse/Baby Catcher

- Typical Procedures Performed:
- Non-Stress Test (NST)
- Cervical Exams
- Managing Labor
- Titrating Medications
- McRoberts Maneuver

- Personality Fit:
- Thrives in organized chaos
- Enjoys managing multiple patients

- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
