Role:SAP IS-U Consultant

Location: Boston, MA - Onsite

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U, IDEX, and APE within Retail/Choice utility environments and competitive energy markets.

  The consultant will be responsible for technical design, configuration, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

  Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U.
• Strong experience in SAP IS-U Retail/Choice and competitive energy markets.
• Hands-on expertise with IDEX and APE.
• Strong understanding of utility market transactions and market processes.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-to-end SAP IS-U implementation or support projects.
• Experience in competitive energy/retail utility programs.
• Strong understanding of utility industry processes and market interactions.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience with integration flows, interfaces, and external system integrations.
• Experience in technical design, configuration, development, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Strong production support and issue-resolution experience.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boston, MA and travel as required.
