Process Technology Engineer

This role is changing - I'm still working on gathering details. Here is what I know:

My client is looking for what is typically referred to as an 'owner's representative'. This is someone who has experience with larger capital projects, typically greenfield or brownfield plant build projects, and who has worked for the owner/operator in those scenarios, representing the owner/operator from an engineering standpoint. Typically with these larger plant or unit-build projects, an external EPC firm is involved and the owner rep does things like: verifying P&IDs and PFDs, making sure schedules are maintained, representing the owner/operator as it relates to technical questions on the project, etc. Then once the construction phase is underway, they are overseeing that, and then leading efforts to commission and startup the unit or plant.
