Job Description
Job Description
Join the YCH Wendy’s Team and Build a Career You’ll Love!
Looking for a role that’s more than just a paycheck? YCH Wendy’s is a growing quick service restaurant franchise. We’re committed to providing exceptional service and quality food to our customers and we’re looking for employees to help us grow.
We offer our Crew Members what matters most: a fun work environment, great food, a flexible schedule, and an opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
We don’t cut corners—literally or figuratively. Our burgers are square, and we expect our Crew Members to bring that same commitment to quality and effort every day.
As a Crew Member, you’ll:
- Greet customers with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Handle tasks like working the drive-thru one day and preparing fries the next.
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Collaborate with your team to create a supportive and productive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
- Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.
- Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
- Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right.
- The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.
- Occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds is required.
- Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer.
- Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
- Must be age 16 or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Why Join Us?
We know everyone’s needs are different, and that’s why we offer flexible opportunities. Whether it’s your first job or a chance to grow into a leadership position, we have you covered.
We’re also proud to be an equal opportunity employer , welcoming candidates of all backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities who may require reasonable accommodation.
