Job Description I am seeking a Technical Delivery Analyst for a long-term project in Albany, New York. I am seeking an accomplished Java Programmer, but with an even more advanced skillset. Someone to take Business Requirements and build low level design. Must be on-site in Albany, Monday – Friday. All candidates must be able to relocate here to Albany, New York. . Experience in large scale healthcare projects would be great to have. Rate: $60/hr Visa: USC/GC Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field. Nine (9) or more years of application programming experience. Experience working with web authoring languages such as C++, Java, XML, HTML, CGI, ASP. Experience working with application database interactions and data modeling tools. Experience working with the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization. Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.

SECONDARY SKILLS:

Understanding of State Health Care, Medicaid Programs and the National Affordable Care Act. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the customer and team members. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good presentation skills to present to management and the client.
