Pay $45~$50 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Licensure: Active and valid State Dental License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certifications: Current CPR Certification. Technology: Proficiency in digital X-ray techniques and basic computer operations. Core Skills: Excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and a passion for direct patient care. Compliance: Thorough knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA regulations. Job Description Clinical Treatment: Perform a variety of hygiene procedures, including scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Diagnostics: Utilize advanced technology to expose digital radiographs, extraoral bitewings, and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough oral health screenings and maintain precise digital charting within Eaglesoft. Preventative Care: Provide high-quality direct patient care and oral hygiene instruction tailored to individual patient needs. Sterilization: Adhere to strict infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols to ensure a sterile clinical environment. Collaboration: Work closely with a team of three doctors and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and comprehensive care.
