Golf Course Equipment Operator

Join the team at Cherry Creek Golf Club as a Golf Course Equipment Operator, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course equipment and grounds. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment located in Shelby Township, MI, with competitive pay and a supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain golf course equipment such as mowers, aerators, and utility vehicles safely and efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Assist with course maintenance tasks including turf care and landscaping management.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Equipment Manager promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and special projects.

Requirements

Prior experience operating heavy or specialized equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
