Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Operator to join their team. As a Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator
Location: Rochester, NY
Pay Range: $66,000 - $76,000
Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years experience running a Web Press printing machine
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment
