What Youll Do as a Warehouse Technician:

• Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Track inventory and workflow using SAP or similar systems
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace through regular inspections
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and workplace policies

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Technician Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 3050 pounds regularly
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to Spencer, IA
