We think you are going to like Alvine.Job ResponsibilitiesPreparing design documentation and schedulesProviding design of HVAC, HVAC system controls, plumbing, piping, and fire protection designPerforming calculations, sizing, and analysis of mechanical systems for buildingsInvestigating code requirementsEnsuring the preparation and timely delivery of accurate, complete, and value-added documentsAssisting with construction administration tasks by processing drawings, RFIs, and completing site visits during the construction phaseServing as a liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and the design teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or universityEngineer-in-training (EIT) or licensed professional engineer (P.E.)Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical system designAbility to work in a team environment and set and manage prioritiesExcellent people skills and strong oral and written communication skillsWe offer professional development opportunities, including training and mentoring programs; organization and professional registration; and tuition and technology reimbursement programs.
