Job Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from and place outbound calls to current and prospective clients to facilitate bankruptcy trust claim processing.
- Process inbound/outbound mail from and to current and prospective clients to facilitate bankruptcy trust claim processing.
- Accurately update client files in the Firm’s system of record.
- Complete other projects as assigned by Firm’s leadership team.
Attributes Required
- Dependability/Reliability : Completes assignments within the allotted time. Arrives to work sufficiently early to begin work at scheduled start time. Delegates assigned responsibilities in their absence.
- Adaptability : Promptly and consistently adapts to changes necessitated by business needs and identified by leadership team.
- Communication : Communicates clearly and concisely. Utilizes the appropriate method to deliver communications to intended recipients
- Problem Solving : Utilizes a well-reasoned approach for solving problems. Escalates problems appropriately to leadership when they are unable to identify a solution.
- Quality of Work : Delivers work that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Teamwork/Cooperation : Develops professional working relationships with coworkers. Offers assistance to coworkers when opportunities arise. Applies coaching and development from members of senior leadership team.
- Emotional Intelligence : Aware of and controls one's emotions. Handles interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
- Technical Skills : Able to operate a computer and computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel) and email.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Occasionally lifting 10 to 20 pounds.
