$20/Hour! We are looking for great Back of House Team Members for Chick-fil-A Danvers. Located at 50 Independence Way. Danvers, MA 01923. We are hiring for our Grand Opening in November 2026. Team Member Responsibilities: Follow all uniform and appearance standards. Execute the Core Four with the guests and the team. Create a clean and safe environment by keeping the restaurant neat and organized. Deliver fast and accurate service by being quick, but not hurried. Create safe and craveable food by following all Chick-fil-A procedures. Deliver genuine hospitality by using guest names and sharing warm welcomes and fond farewells.
