Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver therapy interventions per the PT plan of care to help patients restore mobility and improve function
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs so patients can continue their recovery with confidence
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards to create a safe healing environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• A genuine passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
