Food Production Machine Operator

SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking a Machine Operator for a food production company based in Woodinville, WA. This role involves operating packaging and filling machines, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. Prior machine operation experience and knowledge of GMP standards are preferred.

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA

SCHEDULE : Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30am - 3pm | Swing Shift: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11:30pm

Schedule may vary and could include working 10 hour shifts 5 days a week. Must be flexible to work OT as needed

PAY: $24 - $25

JOB DUTIES:

·Operating packaging machines

·Operating filling machines

·Ensuring data is up to date and accurate

·Collaborating with maintenance staff to troubleshoot issues as necessary

·Maintaining a clean workspace

REQUIREMENTS:

·Prior machine operation experience/knowledge

·Prior experience with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)

·High school diploma or GED

·Lift up to 50 lbs.

·Technical capacity

·Good time management

·Adaptable

·Good organization and thoroughness

·Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·Team player and ability to work with all departments and personalities
