Temp-to-Hire position

$ 18.00 / hour

First Shift

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Warehouse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Equipment Operator 1st to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, primarily a cherry picker and reach truck, to accurately pick orders from racking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry picker and reach truck safely and proficiently to retrieve and pick orders from designated racking locations.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment processes.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, including standing, lifting, bending, and stooping.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in operating both a cherry picker and a reach truck.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25 pounds.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and stoop repetitively for an entire shift.
• Availability to work the specified schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as required.
• Safety Steel Toe Shoes are required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior general warehouse experience.
• Experience working a first shift schedule.

Pre-employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check.
• Successful completion of a drug screen.
