Customer Service Rep

Job Full Description

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, customer profiles, promotional programs, pricing structures,
and product availability to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
Coordinate and manage international export shipments, including order processing, compliance
requirements, and preparation of export documentation.
Analyze customer purchasing behaviors and collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify buying trends,
forecast future demand, and develop sales opportunities.
Review incoming customer orders to verify appropriate Alpha product applications and proactively
recommend additional components or complementary products when applicable.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by evaluating customer orders and recommending
alternative purchasing options that provide greater value, volume discounts, and cost savings.
Partner with customers and sales teams to maximize order value, improve product utilization, and increase
overall customer satisfaction.
Manage customer orders by accurately entering transactions into the SAGE100 Sales Order Entry system,
reviewing orders for accuracy, and preparing documentation for shipment processing.
