At Nick & Mike Bar and Grill, located in the heart of Clemson, SC, we’re all about great food, lively atmosphere, and exceptional service. As a cornerstone of the Clemson community, we pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering excellence.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll assist in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards for food quality and customer service. From managing schedules to solving challenges on the fly, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll also work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the success of our bar and grill.
QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a fast-paced restaurant setting.
