Forklift Operator

Looking for a Day Forklift Operator (Stand-Up) in the Austin area! Overview Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, seven days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets. Summary Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated forklift operators, with reach truck experience, to join our team. In this role you will be helping the flow of the warehouse by moving, stacking, placing, and organizing items using an industrial reach truck forklift. Accountabilities Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per company procedures Weigh products and record weight and other data in product labels Monitor and maintain accurate inventory Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood, and plastic Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work environment Record information regarding movements of supplies, materials, and finished products Requirements Required to be punctual Stand-up forklift experience (2+ years required) Reach truck experience (1+ year required) Must pass a drug test Available to work on weekends Physical Demands / Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
