Shift: Full-time On-site

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality primary care services to family (Family NP) populations
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Promote preventive care and overall patient wellness
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
Maintain compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies

Requirements:

Masters of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner
Active FNP license in Arizona
Minimum 5 years of experience
Active DEA Certification
