HVAC Service Technician

Riecke Mechanical, LLC of Baton Rouge , LA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install their heating and cooling systems as needed. This HVAC Service Technician position works a typical schedule of 5 days a week, 7:30 am-4:30 pm with an on-call rotation. We pay our technicians a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000/year - base+sales goals+commission once goals have been reached. They are also eligible for benefits including health insurance and a company-provided vehicle, phone, and iPad, and the possibility of receiving a $5,000 sign-on bonus (if sales goals are met). QUALIFICATIONS
  • Industry knowledge
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing heating and cooling systems
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Either HVAC service technician or sales experience is a plus. We will train the right person! Do you have a strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry?
