Radiologic Technologist (RADT)

Overview AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities. We are in urgent need of a Radiologic Technologist to take on a Full-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in San Diego, CA. Position Details 40 hours per week – Location: San Diego, CA Location : San Diego, CA Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Orientation : 2 week Orientation Rate : $44/hr ($1,760/week) Responsibilities Under the direction of the Institution\'s designee, the Temporary/Relief Radiologic Technologists duties/responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following requirements: Develop and process X-Ray exposures Comply with all exam protocols as established by the Diagnostic Imaging department Consult with Radiologist or ordering medical provider when necessary for purposes of clarification Provide emergency medical support to medical providers in the event of allergic reaction to injected radiological contrast or any other medical emergency Utilize proper identification marker prior to procedure Qualifications Must have a license from the California Department of Public Health-Radiologic Health Branch (CDPH-RHB) Must have 1 full-year of experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist #J-18808-Ljbffr AvaMed Workforce
