Role Overview: Provide patient-centered care in a plasma donation environment, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct health screenings, assess donors, obtain medical histories, monitor donors during and after procedures, and respond to adverse events within your scope of practice. Manage IV access and phlebotomy procedures, operate apheresis equipment, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed LVN, RN, EMT, or Paramedic with strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety and infection-control standards.
