Job Description Job Description We are a successful and well-established Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication Shop located in Dundalk, specializing in the fabrication of high-quality steel products. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Fabricators Shop Fitters to join our team. Key Responsibilities : * Lay out and fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel components with precision. * Read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings and blueprints. * Perform MIG and stick welding, cutting, and burning of steel materials. * Work with a variety of steel products, including columns, beams, lintels, sills, clips, and plates. * Operate and maintain shop equipment such as shears, brake presses, drill presses, saws, and more. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the steel construction process and safety guidelines. Qualifications : * Proven experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication. * Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Proficient in MIG and stick welding, with the ability to pass a welding test. * Familiarity with basic shop equipment and tools (shear, brake press, drill press, saws, etc.). * Strong mathematical skills, particularly in measurements and layout. * Basic computer skills for job tracking and inventory management. * Clean and valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history. * Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays when required. Work Hours : Core hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Overtime, including Saturdays, may be required based on project demands.
