As an Assistant Unit Manager at Mitra QSR, you will partner up with Restaurant General Manager and help oversee three key areas of our business: Our Employees: You will oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service Our customers: Your team will take pride in delivering great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant. As a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), speed and quality are our priorities Our Restaurants: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Create a Positive Environment : Foster a positive and collaborative workplace where everyone feels valued Mentor and Inspire : Partner with Restaurant General Manager and inspire your team to keep customers getting the best service Deliver Great Service : Ensure guests have great experiences with friendly service, cleanliness, and quality food Maintain Standards : Keep the restaurant clean and well‑maintained, including equipment and overall operations Manage Finances : Partner with Restaurant General Manager and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement Ensure Compliance : Follow all laws and regulations and adhere to Brands/Mitra standards and policies

REQUIREMENTS
