Weekend DSP: Compassionate Residential Support for Adults

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: North Branford, CT Schedule: Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Arbor Associates is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adult individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in North Branford. This role requires consistency across a set weekend schedule and comfort working in a behavioral environment. Please note: This position includes supporting personal care needs where female client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. If you’re steady, patient, and able to maintain structure in a behavioral setting, this is a strong fit.
