LVN/LPNSpecialty: Long Term Acute Care (LTAC)Location: Lebanon, NHDuration: ContractShift: Evenings (40 Hour Guarantee)Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to join our team for a contract position at our Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Lebanon, NH. This travel LVN/LPN should have a genuine passion for working with the geriatric patient population, including those requiring end-of-life care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage one-on-one with residents while providing exceptional care. Please note that the facility is extensive, and the position may involve a significant amount of walking.Time-Off Request Guidelines:Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at the time of upload. Requests made after upload will not be approved.Please limit time-off requests to no more than 5 days (less is preferable).Holiday Commitment: The traveler must be willing to work during Thanksgiving (including Friday and the weekend after) and the Christmas-New Year Day block if needed/scheduled. Time-off requests during these holidays will not be approved.Non-Billable Orientation: There will be an 8-hour non-billable orientation.Holiday, Call-Back, and OT Multipliers: A 1.25% multiplier will apply for holiday shifts, call-back shifts, and overtime shifts.Call and Charge: Not applicable for this need.Submission Requirements:2+ years of experience is required.Prior experience working with geriatric patients is required.Travel experience is preferred.Profile Requirements:Comprehensive work history.A skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within the last year.One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.Licenses and certifications, including Current Nursys, BLS, and ACLS, must be uploaded with the profile.
