OCO Product Manager SME (TS/SCI with Polygraph required)

Overview As an OCO Product Manager SME, you bring deep technical expertise in vulnerability exploitation, advanced persistent threats (APT), and hands-on experience with offensive cyber tools and techniques. You will support mission-critical cyber operations and provide guidance on the latest tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). What you bring to the table A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 18+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations, exploitation or a related field In-depth knowledge of exploitation frameworks, reverse engineering tools and offensive cyber techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, IDA Pro, Ghidra) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing Familiar with SAFe Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and understand team needs Hands on personality that gets entrenched with product and constant engagement with stakeholders Monitor and control schedules and their dependencies Good with documentation, familiar with JIRA ticketing process and tracking progress A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance Bonus Skills: Experience with APTs: Demonstrated experience in tracking, analyzing, and mitigating Advanced Persistent Threats Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages commonly used in exploitation (e.g., Python, C/C++, Assembly) The total package Our total compensation package was strategically designed with our members in mind with the intention to reward our members for their hard work and commitment to our customers\' missions; allow members to share in Red Alpha\'s success as we continue to grow and expand our footprint; provide long-term career opportunities through stability and internal mobility; and provide the resources our members need to support themselves and their dependents in the form of a robust benefits package. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself. Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $145,000 - $225,000.
