About the Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring In-Home Caregivers in Isanti with a wide range of available shifts. Choose one or more openings that fit your availability and build a schedule that works for you.

Current Scheduling Needs

·       Monday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

·       Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

·       Tuesday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

·       Wednesday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

·       Thursday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Every Other Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Every Other Friday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Sunday: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM

What You'll Do

·       Provide companionship and emotional support

·       Assist with personal care and hygiene

·       Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

·       Provide medication reminders

·       Assist with mobility and transfers

·       Provide transportation and support with errands

·       Encourage independence and participation in daily routines

Qualifications

·       At least 18 years old

·       Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

·       Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

·       Comfortable providing care in a client's home

·       Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program. Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training that supports career advancement in home and community-based care. To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
