Mold Operator

We are seeking a House Mold Operator to produce quality molded parts and support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Follow production schedules and produce quality parts Communicate daily with the Lead Assist with equipment startup and shutdown Follow all safety and PPE requirements Verify equipment operating parameters Report maintenance issues or schedule concerns Maintain equipment, part labeling, and a clean work area Support other departments as needed Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Pay: $20- $21 per hour Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred 1 year or less of molding experience preferred Strong attention to detail Able to follow directions and learn new tasks Reliable attendance Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
