FX Physical Therapy is looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Sports Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. If you love motivating people, want to work alongside an elite team of physical therapists, and have access to state-of-the-art Performance Centers, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients Ability to treat 1 patient per 45 minutes with exceptional quality of care Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent and collaborative level of care Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations Evaluate and report on patients’ progress while maintaining accurate patient records Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years Qualifications and Skills: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Professional PT experience with emphasis on sports injuries Valid state Physical Therapist license Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success Basic computer skills CPR and first aid certification require #J-18808-Ljbffr
